This retro is a great one to get the team talking about their feelings and is a modern take on the classic: mad, sad, glad format.



Instructions for running successfully

  • Each person thinks of one time this sprint where they have felt: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Disgust

  • Then go around the room for each emotion and ask the person to outline when they felt this way and why

  • Promote discussion and note down any actions
